Joshua Medcalf founded Train to be CLUTCH, whose focus is a heart’s first approach to leadership, life skills and mental training. He has written two highly acclaimed books: ‘Burn Your Goals, the counter cultural approach to achieving your fullest potential’ & ‘An Impractical Guide to Becoming A Transformational Leader.’
Medcalf created some of the first mental training apps in the world for basketball, soccer and golf. He serves as the director of mental training for UCLA women’s basketball. He mentors people from many different walks of life. When time permits, he travels around the country doing speaking engagements and workshops for various organizations.
